Frances Steward has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to laboratory operations and management. Frances is currently the Associate Director of Laboratory Operations at T-Therapeutics Ltd since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the University of Cambridge in the CITIID department from April 2019 to May 2023. Frances also served as a Laboratory Manager at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute from August 2000 to April 2019, and from October 2000 to May 2023. Before that, Frances worked as a Senior Research Technician and Laboratory Manager at the University of Cambridge in the Department of Biochemistry from January 1996 to October 2000.
Frances Steward attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Applied Biology.

Based on technology from Professor Allan Bradley’s laboratory in Cambridge University’s Department of Medicine, T-Therapeutics has secured significant investment from a blue-chip syndicate of investors to support its drug discovery efforts and prepare candidates for clinical development. T-Therapeutics was founded in 2022, and we are at the very beginning of our journey to develop transformative T cell derived medicines. To realise our ambition, we are currently building facilities, recruiting staff, and establishing our research operations.
