David Bockian

David Bockian has over 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. David served as a Senior Vice President at T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc., where they worked closely with clients to meet their budget and schedule requirements. David was responsible for preconstruction, sales, and business development. Prior to that, they worked at Lockwood Greene as a Project Architect and Construction Manager. During their time there, they managed the budget for a greenfield tire production facility for Bridgestone/Firestone in Morrison, TN.

David Bockian pursued their education with a focus on architecture and building construction. From 1978 to 1983, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Following this, in 1984 and 1985, they enrolled at the University of Florida and received a Master of Building Construction degree.
