Abir Sengupta

Abir Sengupta has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Abir began their career as a Project Intern at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited in 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati Infrastructure Institute, where they gained experience in 2-D and 3-D Finite Element Modeling of bridges, load rating, and calibration of models based on field data. In 2010, they joined m s consultants as a Bridge Engineer, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they contributed to various bridge projects. In 2015, Abir Sengupta joined T.Y. Lin International as a Lead Structural Engineer, where they continue to excel in their role.

Abir Sengupta obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from COEP Technological University in the years 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, Abir pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Abir has obtained multiple certifications as a Professional Engineer from various institutions, including the Board of Prof. Engineers and Land Surveyors NJ, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors.
