Bill Huang

Bill Huang currently serves as Vice President at T.Y. Lin International, focusing on new business sectors and the firm's nationwide expansion in design and engineering consulting. Prior to this role, Bill worked at Atkins for over a decade, where positions included Director of the China Desk, overseeing the company’s operations and serving as the primary contact for Chinese clients in the UK market. Bill's diverse experience also spans positions such as Senior Consultant at BAA and Business Solution Project Manager at Metronet Rail, complemented by a PhD in Construction Management & Engineering from The University of Reading.
