David Scott

David Scott is an accomplished civil engineer with a strong background in land development and municipal infrastructure. Since December 2019, David has served as Vice President at T.Y. Lin International, where the focus has shifted to leading Sustainable Development projects for both the public and private sectors following the acquisition of TMIG. Prior experience includes the role of Manager of Municipal Infrastructure at Earth Tech (formerly Proctor and Redfern) from October 1997 to February 2003, and Project Manager for Land Development at Cosburn Patterson Mather Ltd. from May 1987 to October 1997. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1982 and 1987, and a high school diploma from Sir John A. MacDonald High School in Scarborough, obtained from 1978 to 1982.
