Evert Garcia

Evert Garcia is a seasoned professional in the transportation sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Roads and Highways at TYLin since February 2024, after previously holding the role of Project Manager in the same division. Prior experience includes over 13 years with the Town of Brighton, New York, where Evert held multiple positions, culminating in the role of Commissioner of Public Works and Highway Superintendent, overseeing a workforce of 60 employees across various departments. Evert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating Cum Laude in 2010.
