Jim Bacchus

Jim Bacchus has extensive experience in the transportation planning and traffic engineering fields. Jim has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President, Sector Manager, Buildings (Canada) at T.Y. Lin International. Jim has also served as Vice President, Private Sector and Director of Transportation Services at TMIG | The Municipal Infrastructure Group Ltd., a T.Y. Lin International Company. Jim has been a Founding Partner at Dionne Bacchus and Associates Consulting Engineers Ltd., where they specialized in transportation engineering and planning projects. Jim has also served as President of The Arland Group Ltd. (TAG) and Service Group Manager - Transport & Transit at GHD. Earlier in their career, Jim held the position of General Manager, Transtech at The Sernas Group, and worked as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM. Jim began their career at Cansult Limited, where they worked for 17 years and held roles such as Project Manager. Jim's work at Cansult also included living and working overseas in Dubai, UAE. Overall, Jim Bacchus has a wealth of experience in the transportation planning and engineering fields, and has successfully delivered a wide range of projects throughout their career.

Jim Bacchus attended AY Jackson Secondary School from 1983 to 1987. Jim graduated from Saint Mary's University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
