Tracy L. Bowdwin

Tracy L. Bowdwin, CCM, currently serves as Program Manager for Rail/Transit CM Services at T.Y. Lin International, a role held since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety initiatives. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Operations Manager at TC Electric, LLC from October 2013 to May 2019. Tracy's extensive career at New York City Transit spanned over three decades, encompassing numerous high-level roles such as Chief Officer EAM & Maintenance Support for Subways, Chief Electrical Officer for Maintenance of Way, and Group General Manager for BMT, along with various positions in signal maintenance. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from SUNY Empire State College between 2000 and 2003.
