Alexander Minaev

Alexander Minaev is an experienced professional in business analysis and consulting, currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Technoserv Consulting since January 2011. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a CRM Consultant at CROC, where involvement included the implementation of Siebel Finance 8.0 for MDM Bank, focusing on areas such as Contact Center, Debt Collection, and Siebel Campaign Management.
