Nella Eskova

Nella Eskova is a seasoned financial consultant with extensive experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and management reporting. Currently at Technoserv Consulting since May 2019, Nella has led the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Projects in major organizations like PAO "VTB" and a large retail chain. Previously, Nella held key roles at FAMILIA, where responsibilities included automating budgeting processes and preparing management reports, and at Trotec Laser Russia, functioning as the Financial Controller while supporting strategic planning and financial management. Earlier experience includes financial analysis at FESCO and the establishment of finance departments at Infobip. Nella holds a Master's degree in Management and Sociology, graduated with honors, from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, complemented by credentials from the International Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors.
