Jennifer Chan

Jennifer Chan has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Head of Admin at Terminal 1 since June 2018, where contributions include developing and implementing process automation workflows. Prior to this, Jennifer began at Terminal 1 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. Experience at MJ Workshop from March 2015 to September 2018 involved entrepreneurship and e-commerce specialization, focusing on launching and managing various ventures. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Flight Attendant at Cathay Pacific Airways from April 2008 to July 2017, developing strong customer service skills in high-pressure environments. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Essex Online, anticipated completion in April 2025, and a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity in 2018.
