Reese Hong

Reese Hong is a senior consultant at Terminal 1. Reese has over a year of experience as a recruiter, sourcing and recruiting candidates for SW engineering positions for clients. Reese is familiar with all kinds of hiring platforms and is skilled at identifying qualified candidates with relevant skills, knowledge, and experiences. In their previous role, they were responsible for establishing and monitoring hiring strategies, scheduling/executing interviews, negotiating offers, signing contracts, performing on-board process, and auditing competencies. Reese also has experience developing new clients, collaborative proposals, and consulting with enterprises CEO or functional leader to define competencies for specific roles. In addition to their recruitment experience, Reese has also handled monthly payroll processing, reporting, and tracking recruitment activities. Reese is known for their ability to enhance the clients and employee relationship and for their close working relationship with the CEO and teammates. Reese is also responsible for holding all events, such as birthday party, monthly gathering, end-of-year banquet etc.

Reese Hong graduated from Providence University with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
