Jack Collins

Jack Collins is the current director at T1D Exchange. Prior to this, they were a senior consultant at Accounting Management Solutions, Inc from March 2015 to December 2017. Jack was also a consulting CFO at Catelas, Inc from December 2014 to March 2015 and at Charles River CFO from July 2014 to April 2015. At Charles River CFO, they were responsible for all financial aspects of financial reporting and control including SEC filing of 10-Q, 10-K's and other filings. Jack also oversaw financial activities at 4 International operating subsidiaries and was responsible for selection and implementation of Hyperion Enterprise to perform worldwide consolidation of financial information. Additionally, they managed the worldwide effective tax rate and assisted in the preparation and execution of quarterly conference call with Wall Street analysts and investor relation call. Jack has extensive experience in the finance industry and has held various positions that have allowed him to hone their skills in this field.

Jack Collins has earned a MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from Suffolk University.
