Chad Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chad began their career as a Graphics Manager at Alpha Canvas in 2005, where they designed and produced digital artwork and managed the graphic production department. In 2011, they joined Apple, first as an Apple Creative, facilitating customer training sessions and creating curriculum on-the-fly based on customer needs. Chad later became an In Store Guest Trainer, delegating store training responsibilities and conducting hiring events. Chad's last role at Apple was as a Lead Genius, where they developed a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer support and coached them on performance improvement. Since 2015, Chad has been employed at T1V, Inc., starting as a Customer Support Manager and progressing to roles such as Product Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineering Manager. At T1V, they have been involved in software development, investigating new hardware technologies, improving user experience, and pushing the boundaries of interactive touch screen technology.
Chad Davis attended Central Piedmont Community College from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Graphic Design. Chad'sfield of study specifically revolved around Information Technology and Design Layout and Production. Additionally, Chad obtained certifications from Apple as an Apple Certified Technician and in Logic Pro X. The obtained certifications include Apple Certified Pro - Logic Pro X, Apple Certified Technician, Apple OS X and iOS Software, and Apple iOS Device Certified.
