Ibrahim Elbhery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at T2 since July 2023, Ibrahim focuses on building long-term relationships with key customers and proactively addressing potential issues. Previously, at DataStars, Ibrahim progressed through roles including Senior Product Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Account Manager from September 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included defining product strategy, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relations with government stakeholders. Additional experience includes sales and operational roles at Desso Coffee and Al-Galaa Rowing Club, and several engineering and sales positions earlier in Ibrahim's career. Ibrahim holds an MBA in Strategy & Leadership from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mansoura University, along with multiple professional training certifications.
