Donna Young

Donna Young is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a People Advisor at t2 group since March 2023, following the role of People Coordinator. Prior to this, Donna worked at GlobalX, a Dye & Durham Company, from February 2019 to March 2023 as an HR & Finance Assistant. Donna's extensive background includes serving as a Human Resources & Recruitment Officer at Bluebird Care Cardiff South and The Vale from August 2014 to February 2019, and as a 1-1 Support Assistant and Classroom Assistant at St Helens Infant School between March 2005 and August 2014. Educational qualifications include a CIPD in Human Resources from Cardiff & Vale College (2019-2020) and a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from Barry College of Further Education (1987-1989), along with foundational education at Bryn Hafren Comprehensive School from 1982 to 1987.
