Meri Glade

Meri Glade has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession. Meri began their career in 1991 as an Associate, Partner, and Of Counsel at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, Foster, Pepper & Sheffelman, Preston, Gates & Ellis. In 1999, they were appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Autoweb, Inc., where they worked on numerous state Attorneys General and Department of Motor Vehicles committees. In 2002, they began working as an Independent General Counsel and Business Strategy Consultant for Pacific Ventures, which included FordDirect, Shift Digital, Dealix, Outsell, BTO, and ElectricSurf. In 2011, they became General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of FordDirect. From 2014 to 2018, they held the same role at LotLinx, Inc., and is now an Independent Senior Counsel and Consultant. In 2018, they began working as Advisory Special Counsel for Private Equity, providing data use and compliance, product development, market analysis, and transaction oversight. Most recently, in 2021, Meri Glade was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Legal and Compliance Counsel for T2 Modus.

Meri Glade completed their Juris Doctor at the University of California and prior to that attended the University of California, Santa Barbara.
