Caragh Lynch

Caragh Lynch has extensive experience in technical writing and customer support, currently serving as a Technical Writer, Product Support Analyst, and Team Lead at T2 Systems since November 2015. Prior experience includes roles at Voxpro from October 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer interactions, training new hires, and liaising with clients. Earlier positions include Archive Assistant at Limerick Leader, Customer Support roles at University of Limerick Students' Union and Snap Printing, as well as creative roles at Sika Signs and Shannon Aerospace. Caragh holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and English from the University of Limerick.
