Samuel Blondel Luwawu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service support and helpdesk roles. Currently serving as a Service Support Expert at AVASAD since May 2019, Luwawu specializes in troubleshooting and logging trouble tickets. Prior to this, Luwawu worked as a Services Desk Specialist at CeRFI SA, gaining expertise in supporting users with various information systems and common office software.
