Asma Ali, PhD, P.E., PTOE, PMP, RSP2, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty in the CEIE Department at George Mason University since August 2022. With extensive experience as a Project Manager at T3 Design, P.C. since May 2007, Asma has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching/Research Assistant at George Mason University from August 2000 to May 2007. Asma's professional background includes structural engineering roles at Meinhardt Pte Ltd, the Consultants Group, and Vazirali Associates from 1994 to 2000. Asma holds a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from NED University of Engineering and Technology, alongside completing pre-engineering studies at St. Joseph's College in Karachi, Pakistan.

We are also traffic signal design experts, with over 300 signals designed across the Commonwealth. We take pride in developing safe, sustainable and cost-effective transportation solutions through meticulous studies, skillfully designed projects and expertly managed operations. T3 is certified as a DBE/MBE/WBE for VA, MD, DC, PA, DE, NC, WMATA, and MWAA.
