Janessa Fields has a diverse work experience spanning multiple years. Janessa is currently working as the Client Experiences Director at T3 Sixty since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Event Manager at EzEvents, Inc. starting from November 2017. Before that, they worked at Seniors First where they held various roles including Office Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Event Planning/Fundraising, Marketing Assistant & Transportation Supervisor, and Transportation Scheduler/Manager from April 2011 to November 2017. In these roles, they managed volunteer databases, organized volunteer appreciation events, scheduled transportation for seniors and disabled individuals, and performed general office management duties.

Janessa Fields completed their education at Carrington College California-Sacramento from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health Information Technology (HIT). Prior to that, they attended Bryman College- Hayward from 2006 to 2007, where they earned an Associate's degree in Medical Administrative Assistant. In addition to their formal education, Janessa Fields also obtained the Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training certification from the Event Leadership Institute in February 2021.
