Maciej Baj

Maciej Baj is the founder and Chief Technology Officer at t3rn. Maciej was previously the Head of Development at Lisk from January 2017 to December 2019, and a software engineer at Nokia from June 2014 to December 2016. Maciej began their career as a trainee at Porta Capena from October 2013 to May 2014.

Maciej is an experienced software engineer with a passion for web technologies and data processing. Maciej has worked with the SCRUM methodology and is experienced in refactoring and boosting the performance of web applications. Maciej is also skilled in writing high-quality code compliant with software design patterns.

At t3rn, Maciej is responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Maciej is passionate about their work and is always looking for new ways to improve the t3rn platform.

Maciej Baj has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from the same school.
