Maks Khurgin

Maks Khurgin has had a varied career since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Actelion Pharmaceuticals, where they conducted an analysis on current and emerging therapies in Actelion's principle drug market and created a presentation on Actelion USA's culture. In 2009, they worked as a Summer Trading Analyst at Tierra Capital, where they researched, backtested, and optimized technical trading strategies for Forex spot markets. In 2010, they worked as a Derivatives Trader at Belvedere Trading, LLC, where they maximized trading opportunities, controlled risk, and managed broker relationships in rotations on multiple derivatives trading desks. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for the United States Marine Corps, where they built high-performing teams, developed inspirational leaders, and had the unique privilege of working with the most passionate, selfless group of people. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO of T4, where they help companies understand their markets, competitors, and customers.

Maks Khurgin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2010. Maks then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed in 2017.
