Avi Hartmann

Avi Hartmann is the CEO of t42, formerly known as Starcom Systems, where responsibilities include serving as the Business and Technical Development Manager since January 2000. Avi possesses skills in evaluating customer and market needs, leading to the rapid development of products. Prior to t42, Avi co-founded and served as CEO of Mobiltel Communication and Tracking Services from 1997 to 2000. Avi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
