David Farrell

David Farrell has a diverse work experience in the field of facility management and operations. David is currently working as the Sr. Vice President - Facility Management & Operations at T5 Data Centers since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at JLL from 2018 to 2022, including Account Director, Senior Facilities Manager - Union Pacific Account, and Senior Chief Engineer - Union Pacific Account. In these roles, they were responsible for managing facility maintenance, particularly in critical environments such as data centers. Before JLL, they worked at CBRE as the Chief Engineer - Wells Fargo Account from 2013 to 2018, where they oversaw satellite data centers and infrastructure projects. Additionally, they have experience in critical facility maintenance at Schneider Electric as a Critical Facility Technician - Microsoft Account from 2012 to 2013. In their earlier career, they worked as an Electrician at various companies, including Electric Company of Omaha, Absolute Power, Miller Electric Company of Omaha, and OK Electric Company. Overall, David Farrell has developed a strong background in facility management, operations, and electrical engineering throughout their career.

David Farrell's education history includes attending JATC Electrical Trade School from 2006-2010, where they studied General Electrical Theory, Motors, PLC's, Fire Alarm, NEC, etc. Before that, they obtained their HS Diploma from Millard North High School from 2002-2005.

In addition to their educational background, David has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became an Accredited Tier Specialist from the Uptime Institute. In 2015, they obtained the UST Class A & B Operator certification from Fischer, Rounds & Associates Inc. In 2014, David completed the Niagara G3 Operator Training from Baker Group and also received their OSHA 10 Hour - General Industry certification from OSHA. In 2012, they obtained the Adult CPR, AED and Bloodborne Pathogen certification from the International Occupational Health & Safety Association. Lastly, in 2006, David received their OSHA 30 Hour - Construction certification from OSHA.
