Ali Bin Adai

Encik Ali Bin Adai was appointed to the Board of Ta Ann Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 3 May 2021. Until his retirement in March 2013, he was employed with CIMB Bank as the Regional Director for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). He oversaw and managed 29 bank branches, and was responsible for developing CIMB’s retail, commercial and enterprise banking businesses in East Malaysia. In addition to his directorship at Ta Ann Holdings Berhad, Encik Ali Bin Adai also sits on the Board of two other public-listed companies, namely ABM Fujiya Berhad and Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad. Encik Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Guelph, Canada.
