Andy has more than 41 years of experience in the private equity industry.

Andy joined TA in 1979, focusing on investments in the financial services and consumer industries. He became a Managing Director in 1982, Senior Managing Director in 1997 and a Senior Advisor of the firm in 2008. Andy served on TA's Executive Committee for 20 years.
