Khyati Patel, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at TA Connections, a FLEETCOR company, where responsibilities include leading global teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction through operational excellence and process improvement. With an extensive career at BCD Travel since 2004, Khyati has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Account Development & Customer Experience and Senior Manager positions, focusing on strategic operations and customer experience enhancement across various regions, including the U.S. and Canada. Khyati holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Accounting & Auditing from H. L. College of Commerce.
