Rachna Gupta

Rachna Gupta has been working as a Human Resources Director at T and A Consulting since December 2006. Rachna is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational goals. Rachna also works with Economic Development Agencies and Overseas Educational Institutions to advise them on best HR practices in India. Prior to this role, Rachna worked as a Market Intelligence Analyst, evaluating market entry options for overseas organizations entering the Indian market. Before that, Rachna served as a Process Manager at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, leading the high-value billing and account processes team. Rachna holds a BE degree in Electronics from Datta Meghe College of Engineering.
