Nicolette Hortsch

Nicolette Hortsch joined TA Group Holdings in 2014. She is a Director at TA Group Holdings and Controller for TAG Team Ventures. She was previously a Controller and interim CFO for a startup company. She also worked at Arthur Andersen in both audits and consulting in Chicago and Seattle, where she gained valuable experience helping companies launch IPO’s, make acquisitions, as well as implement new ERP software and streamline business processes.

Her key strengths include her ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization and her ability to be open-minded, which facilitates the building of strong, respectful relationships. She thrives on identifying challenging business gaps, conceptualizing solutions, gaining consensus, and implementing change. She possesses strong technical capabilities in financial modeling, due diligence, project management, and process improvement.
