Tan Poo Chuan

Mr. Tan Poo Chuan (“Mr. Tan”) joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 5 December 2017 and was re-designated as an Executive Director of the company on 20 April 2018. He is also a member of the Company’s Risk Management Committee and currently a substantial shareholder of Ta Win Holdings Berhad. Mr. Tan has more than 40 years of experience in the industrial business dealing with the export and import of motor vehicle parts, commercial machinery & equipment, property investment, and development in Malaysia.
