Gil Kaspi

Gil Kaspi has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Gil is currently serving as the VP R&D at TA9 since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CME Group from July 2014 to November 2021. Before that, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Tradency from February 2011 to May 2014. Gil also has experience as a Creative Tech Team Leader at MediaMind from March 2010 to October 2010, as well as a Management Lead at SimpliVT from September 2009 to February 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a GUI Team Leader at Attunity from March 2006 to September 2009, a Software Team Leader at Scopus from October 2001 to March 2006, and a Software Engineer at Be Connected from July 2000 to September 2001.

Gil Kaspi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from The Open University of Israel, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued an M.sc in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing their studies from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Gil Kaspi has obtained several certifications, including "Grit: How Teams Persevere to Accomplish Great Goals," "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader," "Smart Thinking: Overcoming Complexity," "Critical Thinking," "Leading and Working in Teams," and a Data Science MicroMasters, which they received in August 2020 and was awarded by LinkedIn and edX.
