Yousef Bin Mohamed CIPD SPHR ATD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources and talent development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Taaeen Group since January 2014, Yousef leads a prominent HR consulting and talent development firm recognized for its comprehensive services in the UAE, KSA, and beyond. Prior to this, Yousef held various senior roles within the Government of Abu Dhabi from December 2007 to June 2020, including Senior Vice President Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed full HR support, Emiratization initiatives, and training and development. Additional experience includes recruitment roles at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and SEHA - Ambulatory Healthcare Services Co., as well as a foundation in HR at Global IT Solutions. Yousef holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and further HR qualifications from Higher Colleges of Technology.
