Joe Deighan has a long and varied work experience. Joe began their career in 2005 as a Cashier at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. In 2006, they moved on to become a Hardware Sales Associate at Chicks Sporting Goods Inc. In 2007, they took on the role of Disability Specialist at Tri Connections. In 2009, they became a Security Guard at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort. In 2010, they worked as a Door to Door Salesperson at Texas State Alarm LLC. In 2011, they were a Bartender at Mimi's Cafe. In 2013, they worked as Group Chief Executive Officer at JJuice and Chief Executive Officer and CEO at America Juice Co. LLC. In 2019, they became President at Lockhold Consulting and Founder: Beyond Tobacco\u2122 at Taat Global (CSE:TAAT OTC:TOBAF).

Joe Deighan earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from 2007 to 2013, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship Emphasis) from Utah Valley University from 2007 to 2013.
