Chris Cruz

Chris Cruz has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Chris began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Combat Communications Helper, Signals Intelligence Analyst, Information Technology Asset Manager, and Morse Code Operator/Instructor. In 2020, they began working as a part-time Web Developer at the University of California, Davis, utilizing React and Ruby on Rails to develop tools for professors. In 2021, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, where they used Django, Python, and SQL to create data visualization tools. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at TabaPay.

Chris Cruz began their educational journey in 2010, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University. Following this, they attended City College of San Francisco from 2016 to 2019, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. In 2020, they obtained a certification in the Complete Python Bootcamp from Udemy. Most recently, they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
