Yana Assukhovskaya

Yana Assukhovskaya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Project Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Partner at Tabby since May 2023, responsible for overseeing the tech recruitment process and collaborating with C-level executives to align job specifications with company goals. Prior to this, Yana worked at Intella from July 2021 to April 2023, progressing from a Technical Recruiter focusing on headhunting for IT companies to a Senior Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included mentoring sourcers and facilitating their onboarding. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager/Program Manager at Hillel International from August 2019 to July 2021, where Yana supervised multiple long-term projects, overseeing every phase from initiation to closing. Yana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Jurisprudence from the Higher School of Economics, obtained in June 2019.
