Taber Extrusions
Chuck Stout has a diverse work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Chuck is currently the President of Taber Extrusions since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the President of Extruded Products and General Manager at Pennex Aluminum Co. from 2016 to 2021. Chuck was the Vice President of Operations at Shannon Lumber Group in 2015 and the Vice President and General Manager at Kilgore Flares Co., LLC from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they held the position of Director of Operations at TT Electronics plc from 2011 to 2014. Chuck also worked at AGY, Bridgestone, and the United States Navy in various managerial and engineering roles.
Chuck Stout obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Chuck then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001. In 2004, Chuck Stout obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from Midland Associates, Inc. Chuck also attended the Center for Creative Leadership in 2013 for the Leadership Development Program (LDP). In 2019, they completed the Business Marketing Strategy program at Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, in May 2019, Chuck Stout obtained the Certified SafeStart Trainer certification from SafeStart, a division of Electrolab.

Taber Extrusions is a full-service partner, offering custom aluminum alloy casting, award-winning extrusion of complex, heavy, and wide shapes, and finishing services such as cut-to-length, welding, painting and anodizing, ultrasonic testing, and more. We have an unwavering commitment to consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations by providing both products and service of the highest quality. For us, the unique, customized capabilities are key. Our full range of extrusion presses, from 1800 and 3000 ton to our impressive large 8600 ton, give us unmatched flexibility and profile capabilities. For example: one of the largest extrusion presses in the United States, our 8600 ton press, has the capability to extrude both 16 and 20 inch round billets, and 10” x 28” rectangular billets with a maximum circle size of 32” and up to 140 lbs. per foot. With the ability to extrude large, intricate configurations, such as lightweight but strong one-piece extrusions, the customer can incorporate whole assemblies of small components into one extruded part.
