Crystian Hernandez is an experienced professional in quality management with a robust background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Quality Manager at Taber Extrusions since August 2020, Crystian has developed expertise in overseeing production processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Systems Manager/RSO at Arconic Power and Propulsion from May 2012 to August 2020 and Quality Manager at Delphi from August 2003 to April 2012. Crystian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Midwestern State University, earned from 1992 to 1997.
