Edison Renato Silva

Edison Renato Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership, entrepreneurship, and academia. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Tabia Health since August 2023, Edison also holds positions as a Board Member at Hemocione and a Senior Financial Advisor at Brota Company, both starting in July 2022. Edison's entrepreneurial expertise includes co-founding Garagem GetUp, a venture builder that has launched 13 startups across various sectors and trained over 150 aspiring entrepreneurs. Academic roles include serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and previously at other educational institutions, coupled with postdoctoral research in international business. Edison holds advanced degrees in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and has participated in an international innovation program in Israel.
