This team manages transportation schedules, routes, and logistics to ensure timely distribution to over 200 agencies serving those in need, while overseeing food recovery efforts and optimizing the use of resources. By organizing the flow of food and managing operations, they play a vital role in minimizing waste and maximizing community impact.
