Amber (Crawford) Hershman

Amber (Crawford) Hershman has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Amber began their career as an Animal Care Intern at the International Exotic Animal Sanctuary (AZA Certified). In 2013, they became a Sales Representative and Campaign Advisor - Special Projects at Custom Ink, where they were one of 12 initial employees to build out Custom Ink's fundraising business. During this tenure, they created early operations reporting for Booster's initial Customer Service Team and managed ad hoc projects under mentorship of Director of Business Insights and Analytics. In 2016, they joined Stitch Fix as a Software Engineer I, then Software Engineer II, and later Software Engineer III. During this time, they worked directly with business partners to manage internal services and applications for Stitch Fix's customer experience team and later for Stitch Fix's remote styling organization. In 2021, they began their current role as Lead Software Engineer at Table22.

Amber (Crawford) Hershman attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Psychology. In 2015, they attended the Turing School of Software & Design to study Full-Stack Web Development.
