Rebecca Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca currently holds the position of Key Account Manager at TA:UK since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Juniper Training Ltd from November 2018 to April 2022 in two roles, namely Centre Lead and Progression Co-ordinator. In 2018, Rebecca worked as a Learner Intake Consultant at Lean Engineering & Manufacturing Academy for a brief period. From 2009 to 2018, they were employed at Nova Training, initially as an English Teacher, then as a Centre Manager, and finally as a Recruitment Officer. Before that, Rebecca served as an English & Drama Teacher at Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust from 2008 to 2009. In the early years of their career, they worked at The Earls High School as a Drama Teacher and Teaching Assistant, and at Keep Able as a Sales and Service Consultant.

Rebecca Davies has a diverse education history. Rebecca started their academic journey in 2001 at Aberystwyth University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama, which they completed in 2004. Later, in 2007-2008, they attended Newman University Birmingham and participated in the GTTP Graduate Teacher Training Programme, focusing on Drama and English. In 2010-2011, Rebecca enrolled in Telford Academy (Alt) and obtained a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Information, Advice & Guidance. Continuing their education, they attended Staffordshire University from 2011 to 2012, earning a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English Literacy, Language, and Numeracy in the Lifelong Learning Sector, with a specialization in Literacy, Language & Numeracy. In 2012-2013, they pursued the ILM Management & Leadership program at the Black Country Training Group (BCTG). Most recently, in 2019-2020, Rebecca completed the CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Skills at Synergy Training.
