Anjali Oldfield is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Global Enterprise Sales, Professional Services, and HR at Taboola since January 2018, Anjali is responsible for developing HR solutions across the employee lifecycle to align with business and People Operations goals. Anjali's previous roles include Director of HR at People Against Dirty, where Anjali played a crucial role in merging brands and talent development, and HR Director positions at BP, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on implementing HR strategies, optimizing people processes, and supporting leadership teams. Anjali holds a BA (Hons) in Spanish and French from the University of Leeds and a Masters/CIPD in HR Management from the University of Westminster.
