Colin Sangster

Colin Sangster heads up the Asset Management Department at Tabreed and is responsible for all aspects of customer care, developing new business in Tabreed’s existing catchments, and managing the group’s portfolio of investments in the UAE and throughout the region. He joined Tabreed in 2013.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the utilities and environment sectors, having served as Chief Financial Officer for Azaliya, a joint venture between Mubadala and Veolia covering water projects in the MENA region, and for Suez, Environment Asia looking after water and waste services projects throughout mainland China and the rest of Asia.

Colin is from the UK and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Manchester University in 1984.
