Pamela Jordan

Pamela Jordan is a Trustee at TABS. Pamela previously worked as a Senior Loan Closer at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. from June 2015 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for entering closing data into Data Trac, accessing E-docs to validate addresses using USPS, and entering appraisal info into Data Trac. Pamela also created Title checklists and bundles of docs to send to title and Black Mann & Graham. In addition, Pamela reviewed credit reports, flood insurance, and title commitment. Pamela also verified vesting and legal description in MERS. Pamela entered taxes and hazard fee week sheets and balanced the HUD. Pamela also applied seller and lender credits to all fees, checked for buyer or seller POA, accessed the TRID Closing Docu-Tech system to pull the Closing Disclosure (CD), and sent the CD to the borrower at least 3 days prior to consummation. Pamela also sent a Pre-Closing CD to title e-consent and e-acknowledge CD to establish receipt. Pamela prepared the CD by entering fees and other important loan data. Pamela also ran the COC workbook "Compliance ease" to verify tolerance was correct and determine if the borrower used service provider listed or shop for.
