Susan Baldridge is an accomplished executive and academic professional with a diverse background in the field of psychology and education. Currently serving as the Executive Director of TABS (The Association of Boarding Schools) since July 2022, Susan previously operated as a Strategic Consultant for Susan Baldridge Consulting from July 2018 to November 2022. A long-term faculty member at Middlebury College, Susan held multiple leadership positions including Professor of Psychology, Executive Vice President and Provost, and Vice President for Strategy and Planning from July 1993 to November 2022. Susan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Psychology from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with Highest Honors in Psychology from Denison University.
