Mohammad Alfawazi

Mohammad Alfawazi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mohammad is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs / Shared Services at Al Rajhi Takaful from 2019 to 2022. Mohammad also held the position of Head of HR at The Red Sea Development Company, a startup in the hospitality and leisure industry, from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director at Olayan Financing Company, where they were responsible for leading HR and shared services in Coca-Cola Saudi Arabia. Mohammad also held various managerial roles within the Olayan Group, including Group Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and HR Manager. Mohammad began their career as a Human Resources Supervisor at Alsheta & Alsaif and later served as a Senior HR Supervisor at Almarai. Throughout their career, they have implemented various HR strategies and practices to drive organizational growth and success.

Mohammad Alfawazi completed a General Management Development Program at Duke Corporate Education from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's of Science in HRD from Pittsburg State University in the U.S.A from 2009 to 2010.
