Lawrence Romano (Joe)

Lawrence (Joe) Romano is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in software engineering, education, and field organization. Currently a Software Engineer at Tabula Rasa HealthCare since June 2017, Lawrence previously held a role in full-stack software development at the Jack Russell Software Innovation Center. Prior to transitioning to technology, Lawrence dedicated several years to education, serving as a Special Education Case Manager and Teacher at Colchester High School and a Dual-Certified Special Education and Social Studies Teacher in the District of Columbia. With experience supporting field operations for the Democratic National Committee during the 2016 presidential election, Lawrence has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. A graduate of Virginia Tech with dual degrees in Political Science and Sociology, Lawrence also has international exposure from studying in Switzerland.
