Pedro Roldan is a seasoned workforce strategist and operations leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare, nonprofit, and service sectors. Currently, they serve as the Workforce Development Director at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC), where they focus on strengthening the clinical workforce across Texas through scalable solutions and strategic partnerships. Previously, as the Location Director at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, Pedro managed daily operations and led recruitment efforts, achieving high compliance rates. They also held roles in operations management and healthcare navigation, significantly enhancing service delivery and workforce development initiatives.
