Jennifer Bailey, MNM has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jennifer started their career with Ent Federal Credit Union as an Analyst in 1998 and remained in that role until 2009. In 2010, they joined USAA as a Member Relationship Specialist II, where they worked until 2011. Jennifer then joined Goodwill of Colorado in 2013 as a Case Manager and later became an Office Supervisor. From 2015 to the present, they have served as the Programs Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Workforce Advancement Operations.

Jennifer Bailey, MNM has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Applied Psychology from Regis University, completed from 2009 to 2013. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management at Regis University, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.
